I attend your institution to take the Microsoft Office Training (MST20) course. I am notifying you via this letter that I will not be able to attend classes starting on June 20. I’m hoping that you’ll let me enroll in the course again starting in October 2020.
As an assistant researcher for a telecom company, my office is requiring more of my time as of late because of some newly assigned projects. In addition, I will need to put in a few extra hours each day in order to meet some strict deadlines that I have coming up. In addition, I have official business in Australia starting in July, so I will be traveling there. I have to temporarily halt my course due to the numerous new duties I have at my office. I am, nevertheless, willing to finish my course because it will be very helpful to my career.
Thus, I respectfully ask that you grant me permission to attend the following batch that is open. Managing my office work and continuing my course at the same time would be made easier by this.
